Course Goal / Objective

The purpose of this course, is to explain the motor to help the students for developing skills and attitudes toward movement education

Course Content

Basic concepts of skill learning (motor skills and classification, learning-performance, skill-movement-reflex distinction), motor control theories and movement planning, skill learning stages, verbal-visual skill demonstration, detection and correction of errors, planning exercises for one or more skills and learning-performance relationship.
