Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the Measurement and Evaluation in Education course is to enable students to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to manage measurement and evaluation processes effectively.

Course Content

The place and importance of measurement and evaluation in education; basic concepts related to measurement and evaluation; psychometric (validity, reliability, usefulness) properties of measurement tools; development and application of achievement tests; interpretation of test results and giving feedback; analysis of test and item scores; evaluation and grading.
