Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is; To provide students with general information about nature sports. To ensure that students perceive the social benefits and necessity of nature sports, and at the same time to contribute to the development of their respect for nature by realizing the opportunities that nature offers us.
Course Content
Introduction to nature sports and definitions, the concept and characteristics of natural life, trekking, determining location and direction in nature, knowledge of activity planning and organisation, adaptation to life in nature, safe movement knowledge and skills. Application of these knowledge and skills in tracking, a nature sport.
