Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to obtain basic technical ability to play tennis so as to be able to use training methods, to learn game rules, to familiarize with tennis court, to organise a match and to use all this knowledge in professional life.

Course Content

Definition, history and benefits of tennis as a racket sport, different game levels and teaching steps for them, materials and facilities, learning and teaching of game situations, tactics and stroke techniques for beginners, organisation of competitions and development of training programmes.
