Course Goal / Objective

RELATIONS WITH THE CONCEPTS OF BIOMECHANICAL SPORTS MOVEMENT SKİLLS,THE ABİLİTY TO MAKE PERFORMANCE EVULATION ASPECTS OF SPORT AWARD FOR MECHANICAL MOVEMENTS

Course Content

Historical development of sports biomechanics, Newton's laws of motion, balance and body centre of gravity, biomechanics of various techniques and situations (running, shot put and hammer throw, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, swimming, free kick in football, soccer balls and aerodynamics), theoretical approaches in motion analysis and analysis.
