Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge of exercise programming for a healthy life.

Course Content

To have knowledge about the health problems caused by physical inactivity and to gain the knowledge and skills to prepare an exercise programme to maintain a healthy life. Within the scope of this course, students will have a general knowledge about the diseases that are common in our country and have a direct relationship with sedentary life and will have knowledge and skills about the general principles of exercise programmes to be prepared for the prevention of these diseases, the relationship of health-related fitness components with these patients and how to develop these components.
