Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Learning difficulties not otherwise specified education

Course Content

Definition, characteristics and classification of learning disabilities: Educational, psychological, medical factors; prevalence and incidence; causes of learning disabilities; early intervention; response to intervention model; screening/diagnosis: medical, developmental and educational screening/diagnosis; academic and non-academic characteristics; team and collaboration; educational environments; scientifically based practices; supporting reading, writing and maths skills; supporting non-academic skills.
