Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to provide students with basic laboratory skills related to microbiology. It is aimed to give practical microbiological methods such as culturing, using a microscope, microscopic examination, preparation of preparations, staining methods, morphological examination of various infectious agents, classification according to their growth characteristics in media and biochemical properties with various tests, antimicrobial susceptibility tests and basic serological tests.
Course Content
Includes the topics related to basic microbiology addressing microorganisms - antimicrobial drugs - host relationships.
