Course Goal / Objective
To evaluate the economic importance of citrus fruit industry; to explain production and export opportunities in the world and in Mediterranean countries; To identifying genera, species and varieties
Course Content
The economic importance of citrus fruits in order to recognize their industry; production and export opportunities in the world and Mediterranean countries; identification of genera, species and varieties and identification of their characteristics.
