General biochemistry terms, Ripening process, Basic features of respiratory system in plants, Color changes in products, Basic properties of cells and tissues, Taste quality in fruits and vegetables, Effect of processing process on quality, Climatic properties in storage processes, Adjustment of atmospheric conditions for storage operations, Sample storage applications
