Course Goal / Objective
Describing new opportunities and explaining their importance regarding certain species suitable for temperate climate conditions.
Course Content
It discusses the current situation of fruit cultivation in our country (specifically focusing on Strawberry, Apricot, Cherry, Apple, Pear, and Quince), our genetic resource potential, opportunities arising from climate and geopolitical location, and the possibilities for evaluating our products. Additionally, it explains the importance of opportunities in variety and rootstock breeding, possibilities for healthy fruit cultivation, and issues such as breeding for the industry.
