Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to classify closed-seeded genera and species used for aesthetic and functional purposes in Landscape Architecture studies, to recognise the characteristics of families and woody genera and species, to master and interpret general information about their usage areas. In addition, to reinforce the knowledge gained by preparing herbarium.
Course Content
General classification of the plants, morphological characteristics of angiosperms; distinctive characteristics of angiosperms classes, families and general characteristics, defining characteristics of genus and species; information about the uses of genus and species at landscape architecture.
