Course Goal / Objective

To introduce occupational health and safety culture, to give information about the purpose and scope of the related law, Empowerment and responsibilities for providing health, safety, occupational health and safety, Providing basic information about employer and worker; To teach basic information about the rights and obligations of the workplace, to be able to follow and interpret legal legislation on occupational health and safety in chemical processes

General Overview on Occupational Health and Safety and Safety Culture, Occupational Health and Safety in Turkey and World, Occupational Health and Safety Laws, Occupational Health and Safety Rules, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, Risk Analysis and Management, Physical, Chemical and Biological Risk Factors, Dangerous and Very Dangerous Occupations, Explosive Environments, Occupational Health and Safety in Electrical Practices, Fire, Emergency Response Plan, Protection Safety Signs, Occupational Health and Safety Working with Pressurized Vessels, Occupational Safety Checks and Necessary Documents
