Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to develop logical thinking, problem solving and understanding abstract concepts skills. With this course, students strengthen their analytical thinking skills by using mathematical theories and techniques. It also aims to provide students with the skills of mathematical modeling and finding solutions to applied problems.
Course Content
Algebra concept, Polynomial concept and operations with polynomials, Ratio and proportion concepts and applications, Equation concept, Inequality concept, Sum symbol, product symbol, Sequence, finite series and constant series, equality of series, Four operations on number sequences, Arithmetic series, geometric series, infinite geometric series, Geometric objects, Coordinate systems, Conics, Basic trigonometry, Trigonometric functions, Basic operations on functions, Types of functions, Parabola and its graph.
