In this course, respiratory physiology, excretory physiology, digestive physiology, metabolism and hormones are covered.

LO01 Respiratory pigments comprehend the respiratory organs in animals, respiratory air volumes, alveolar ventilation, the structure of the lung and respiratory epithelium, the separation of oxygen from hemoglobin and oxygen deficiency.
LO02 Regulation of body fluids, It covers water-salt balance in freshwater, marine and terrestrial animals, excretion in unicellular animals, excretion in invertebrates and excretion in vertebrates.
LO03 Digestive organs in animals, structure of the digestive tract, physical and mechanical digestion It deals with the topics of absorption in the small intestines, enzymes in gastric secretions.
LO04 Understands the circulatory system, circulation in different living things, blood vessels, blood cells, metabolism, metabolic events in the absorption and starvation phase, and detoxification of toxic substances in the liver.
