Course Goal / Objective

Learn the Basic Properties of Medical Imaging Systems and Imaging Methods

Course Content

Medical Imaging Devices and Properties, Image Processing, X-ray and X-ray Imaging Methods: Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Angiography, Emission Tomography and Imaging: PET / CT, SPECT, Gamma Camera Imaging, Ultrasonographic Imaging, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Microscopy, Endoscopy, Optical coherence tomography (OCT), Infrared Imaging
