Course Goal / Objective

To be able to model and analyze engineering problems with finite element method

Course Content

Weighted residual method, Dirichlet and Neuman boundary conditions, one-dimesional shape functions, two-dimesional steady-state heat conduction problem, two-dimensional shape functions, sstiffness matrix, linear system
