Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to understand the relationship between modern industrial microbiology and biotechnology and to understand the importance of biotechnology today and in the future.
Course Content
In this course, the scope of industrial microbiology and biotechnology, microorganisms used in industrial microbiology and biotechnology, microbial pathways in the biosynthesis of industrial microbiology products, production of metabolites of industrial microorganisms, developments in biotechnological organisms and detection of producer strains, protection of gene pools in industrial organisms, fermenter applications, extraction of fermentation products are taught. and examples of products are given
