Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts, principles and practices related to organizations and management.
Course Content
This course focuses on the basic concepts and theories of business management, as well as the functions of the management process such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling.
Course Precondition
There are no prerequisites for this course.
