Course Goal / Objective

The overall objective of this course is to provide information about the emergence of financial needs, financial innovation and new financial instruments.

Course Content

The purpose of this course is to gain an understanding of the economic forces that drive real estate value in the markets as well as to learn about the concepts, tools, and techniques for evaluating individual real estate assets
