Course Goal / Objective

Law plays an important role in business and the idea of management helps to understand legal processes and regulations. Law covers many areas from the establishment of businesses to their activities, from contracting to intellectual property rights. The general idea of management helps lawyers understand the operations of businesses and provide legally appropriate solutions. Throughout this course, the discussion about what management and leadership understanding encompasses aims to explore the legal aspects, taking into account the equally discussed concept of leadership.

Course Content

During the course, participants will be given a broad overview of different issues, theories and debates in management and leadership. In this way, a foundation will be provided before the more detailed lectures on commercial law will be given, as well as a larger picture and an understanding of how different themes come together in order to understand the law that is related to many fields.
