Course Goal / Objective

To gain research and conceptual thinking skills related to or supporting the field of design, to have knowledge about the concepts, theories and applications of architectural programming and decision-making process, to provide the knowledge and experience to prepare the architectural program required for an architectural project and plan the design process.

Course Content

Determining the needs and actions of the users in the creation of architectural programs, determining the spatial dimensions and conditions, transforming the needs into space categories, determining the relations between spaces, giving the necessary conceptual, theoretical and practical information in the subject areas, and gaining the skills.
