Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to provide basic knowledge and skills about probability, random variables and some special distributions by analyzing and interpreting the collected data using graphical and descriptive methods.

Course Content

In this course, the importance of data analysis, how to analyze data and interpret the results, basic probability rules, random variables and their use in real life, some special discrete (Bernoulli, Binomial, Poisson, etc.) and continuous (normal and standard normal distribution) random variables are covered.
