Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of this course, students by addressing the world economic and fiscal history in detail to provide information about the history of economic doctrines. Economic theories and disciplines to present science as a discipline of the evaluation process are discussed.
Course Content
This course examines the historical stages of financial events.

LO04 | Explains the first formations of concepts such as public revenues, expenditures, budget and treasury in the historical process and the currents of financial thought. |
LO05 | Analyzes the development of financial events in some Western Countries that lead the way in the field of finance. |
LO06 | Analyze the characteristics of the Ottoman financial system within the framework of concepts such as public revenues, public expenditures, budget, and treasury. |
