Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to develop the ability to use quantitative decision-making techniques, define problems, construct accurate models for problems, and analyze solutions.
Course Content
The course content covers topics in Operations Research, including problem definition, model formulation, and analysis. Linear programming methods are examined, with a focus on transportation and assignment problems. Various optimization approaches are evaluated within the scope of network problems, and project management processes are analyzed using CPM/PERT techniques. Models related to these topics are developed, and different solution methods are explored.
