Course Goal / Objective
In this course, the parties (Administration-contractor) are involved in construction, manufacturing, project competition, purchase and sale of goods, rental, etc. It is aimed to gain information about tender types and practices so that they can carry out their work in the most appropriate way for their purposes.
Course Content
The content of this course consists of what a tender is, the definition of the parties, its types, who can participate, how it can be done and concluded, and various application examples.
