Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide theoretical and conceptual information to architecture students about the characteristics, development, theories and methods of design and architectural design and to increase their design skills.

Course Content

The content of this course includes the characteristics of design and architectural design, the development and methodology of design, design theories and method approaches, evaluation of design theories and methods, design structure and strategies, analytical approaches to architectural design, forms of participation in design, proposition testing and solution-determining evaluations in design, examination and questioning with multi-faceted examples.
