Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with comprehensive information about the financing sources of the real estate market and sector. It is aimed to enable students to understand the financing methods, financial instruments and resources used in the real estate sector, and to teach them how to adapt this information to sectoral practices, thus providing them with the skills to manage financing processes effectively.

LO02 Knows real estate valuation techniques, learns valuation methods such as market approach, cost approach, income approach and applies these methods correctly.
LO03 It defines the concepts of value and valuation theoretically, explains what valuation is and the basic principles of the valuation process.
LO04 Makes real estate valuation calculations and accurately performs financial calculations and analyzes during the valuation process.
LO05 It explains the real estate appraisal process, explains each stage of the appraisal process and the necessary steps..
LO06 Interprets the real estate valuation report and correctly evaluates the data and analysis in the prepared valuation report.
LO07 It explains reporting standards and how international and local reporting standards should be applied in valuation reports.
LO08 Applies the legal legislation regarding real estate valuation to the valuation process.
LO09 It concludes the valuation process using different valuation methods.
