Course Goal / Objective

To provide students with basic theoretical knowledge in the field of real estate marketing and management and to reinforce this knowledge with practical applications. To support them in gaining competence in marketing strategies, customer relations management and sales techniques in the real estate sector.

Course Content

Basic concepts and marketing functions related to marketing; target market determination and marketing strategies; decisions regarding marketing mix elements. Development, structure and characteristics of the real estate sector; marketing variables and applications in real estate marketing. Intermediaries in real estate marketing, customer relationship management, sales techniques and after-sales services.
