Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the principles of efficient management by addressing the management processes and organizational structures of livestock enterprises.
Course Content
The effects of management theories on livestock enterprises, the effects of economic and technological changes, internal and external environmental factors, leadership, organization, and decision-making processes, as well as elements that directly affect business success like marketing strategies and financial management, animal welfare, feeding, reproduction, and health management issues, crisis management, and sustainability strategies and approaches necessary for long-term enterprise success are all included.
