Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to teach that most of the rulings of the religion of Islam are ijtihads produced by mujtahids on the axis of nas and that these also express suspicion.

LO01 He knows that the religion of Islam imposes limited texts on worship and punishment and that ijtihad is needed.
LO02 realizes that sects consist of ijtihad and interpretations and that they are not absolute truths.
LO03 analyzes that sects are not random and inconsistent and have a method and a school system.
LO04 realizes that the fields of study have increased tremendously in the modern period and therefore it is necessary to divide ijtihad.
LO05 realizes that while making ijtihad, the aims of the lawmaker should be taken into account as well as the texts.
