Course Goal / Objective
examining optimization and multi-criteria decision-making methods, solving linear programming problems, and applying fuzzy decision-making techniques are aimed.
Course Content
introduction to optimization is provided, and constrained and unconstrained optimization concepts are examined. Linear programming problems are addressed, solution methods are applied, and sensitivity analysis is conducted. Within the scope of multi-criteria decision-making methods, goal programming, TOPSIS, VIKOR, and MULTIMOORA methods are studied and applied. The concept of fuzziness in decision problems is explored, with a focus on the fuzzy TOPSIS method, and these techniques are applied to various decision problems.
