Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed that students learn Panel Data Analysis methods and can apply these methods with economic examples.
Course Content
This course covers the theoretical and applied aspects of panel data models in a comprehensive manner. It mainly covers panel data structure, fixed and random effects model estimation methods. It also details macro panel data analysis (panel unit root tests, panel cointegration analysis). It covers testing of assumptions and robust estimators in case of deviations from assumptions and their applications.
