Course Goal / Objective

It aims to provide a foundational understanding of stochastic models and develop the ability to evaluate and improve system performance. The course also focuses on the application of PERT and CPM methods for effective planning and optimization in project management.

Course Content

The course content covers Markov chains and their analysis, examining the modeling of state transitions in systems over time. Queueing models and queuing theory are explored to evaluate system performance through various analytical methods. Within the framework of game theory, strategic decision-making processes are analyzed, focusing on determining optimal strategies in competitive environments. Network analysis is introduced to understand the structures of complex systems, and project management processes are optimized using PERT and CPM methods.
