Course Goal / Objective

To give information about the phenomenon of Islamisation of Anatolia, which occurred partially after the first Islamic conquests and in its entirety since the conquest of the Seljuk Turks.

Course Content

The situation of Anatolia before the conquest, the conquest and Islamisation seen partially before and after the Seljuk conquests, the positive effects of migrations and ihtidas on Islamisation are taught.
