Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to have students get information and skills for instructional technologies in special education and developing projects in the area.

Course Content

Technology use in education and supporting technologies in special education; common learning technologies and tools in special education; current technologies in special education; how to decide, use, and evaluate technologies for special education groups; instructional technologies for hearing impaired students; instructional technologies for visually impaired students; instructional technologies for students with autism; instructional technologies for gifted and talented students; technology based project development process, for special education groups.
