Course Goal / Objective

It is to enable people to look at and evaluate measurements and innovations in clean rooms and related clean areas from a broad perspective.

Course Content

Basic issues that need to be known and taken into consideration in the design, installation and commissioning process of clean rooms, advantages and disadvantages of alternative methods, examination of standards
