Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to explain to archeology students the rules that determine what is wrong and what is right in studies related to archeology, and the transfer of rules to practice.

Course Content

Ethics is the study of moral philosophy that helps us decide what is right and act accordingly. In the content of the course, written and social ethical rules that should be and must be followed in all cases of archaeological studies, the damages of plagiarism in scientific studies and methods, will be discussed together with various examples.
