It is aimed to teach the classical period architectural structures in all aspects of their technical, planning and functional

Course Content

It includes teaching stone and masonry workmanship, architectural structure features, technical, plan and functional details of classical period architectural structures.

LO06 Learns Selinus E temple, Akragas Zeus Olympius temple, Paestum Poseidon temple, Akragas F temple, Segesta temple and gains the ability to interpret similar and different architectures with Anatolian temples
LO07 Understand and interpret the history, plan and architectural features of the Greek theater.
LO08 Learns the history of Hellenistic Culture and the general features of Hellenistic architecture. Comprehends the similar and different properties of classical and Hellenistic architectures
LO09 Pergamon Athena sanctuary, BC Learn the historical events and construction chronology in Anatolia in the 3rd and 2nd centuries and gain the ability to interpret.
