Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to use the basic methods to be used in this direction, as well as the use of today's technologies in archaeology, taking into account the issues that need to be done and known before starting an archaeological research.
Course Content
Preparations for excavation and survey, types of excavation and survey, infrastructure, tools and equipment to be used in the field, excavation documentation techniques, dating methods, as well as the usability and sustainability of today's technologies (GIS, 3D, Animation, artificial intelligence) in the researches to be carried out and the methods to be handled with interdisciplinary approaches constitute the content of this course.
