Course Goal / Objective
The concept of communication, its process, the basic features of effective communication, types of communication, the importance of hearing and perception in communication, communication barriers, the concept of empathy, the role of body language in communication, etc. It is aimed to provide information on the subjects.

Definition of communication, basic assumptions and features, units, communication and perception, attitudes and behaviors, persuasive communication, advertising, propaganda and public relations
