Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to prepare students for various behavioral issues in business life and the situations that may be caused by these issues by giving basic information about the motives of employees' behavior in the organization, which is one of the basic resources of organizations.

Course Content

includes management theories, job satisfaction, conflict and stress in organizations, motivation theories, organizational culture.
