Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, disciplines, and application areas of sports sciences. By addressing the biological, psychological, sociological, and pedagogical aspects of sports, it seeks to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in these fields.
Course Content
The content of this course covers topics such as the scientific aspect and structure of sport, disciplines that make sport a science, sport history, sport sociology, sport psychology, movement and training science, sport pedagogy, sport management and sport philosophy.
