Course Goal / Objective

This course trains specialist nurses who develops and deepens the knowledge and theories of home care nursing, care models, and health care organizations, knows the importance of ethical problems for individual/community and offers solutions for the problems, works together with related disciplines, uses and follows home care technologies, carries out researches to create evidence, follows legislation and regulations of home care models, and health care organizations, and reflects the home care nursing knowledge to profession and public health.

Course Content

This course gives in-depth knowledge and applications about importance-roles of home care nursing by lecture and interactive educational methods in which issues are home care nursing, home care organization, comprehensive assessment of patients with chronic diseases, patient-family education and counseling, problems and solutions experienced by the patients' relatives home care, related to home care nursing.
