Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to examine the works of people who played an important role in the improvement of philosophical thought in the period of Republic, evaluate the relations between philosophy and Turkish modernization.

Course Content

In this course, students examine the status of philosophy in Turkey between the period before the Republic and the present time.
