Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to discuss all the concepts of consumer law, consumer rights, obligations of manufacturers, sellers and providers, together with the problems reflected in daily life and judgment, on the basis of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the relevant legislation.
Course Content
To transfer the current problems of consumer law with the latest legislative revisions and jurisprudence to the students.
