Course Goal / Objective
This lecture aims to enable students to comprehend, apply and evaluate the legal processes related to property regimes by addressing the property regimes regulated in the Turkish Civil Code from a legal, theoretical and practical perspective.
Course Content
This lecture deals with the property regimes between spouses theoretically and practically according to the Turkish Civil Code.
