Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to analyze the basic principles of health law, legal regulations and current developments at an advanced level. It is aimed to provide students with in-depth knowledge on issues such as patient rights, physician responsibility, legal framework of medical intervention, obligations of health professionals, regulation of health services and ethical problems in the field of health.
Course Content
Within the scope of the course, national and international health law regulations, court decisions, intersections of medical ethics and law, malpractice cases, private health insurance and current legal problems in the health sector will be discussed.
