Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to develop the ability to conduct scientific research in the field of law. It aims to teach students legal research methods, effective use of sources, academic writing rules and scientific ethical principles. In addition, methodological information on how to prepare theses, articles, reports and other academic studies will be provided, enabling students to gain the competence to conduct independent research.
Course Content
1. Fundamentals of Scientific Research and Scientific Approach in the Field of Law, 2. Legal Sources and Document Analysis, 3. Methods in Legal Research, 4. Academic Writing Rules and Techniques, 5. Scientific Ethics and Citation Rules, 6. Use of Digital Resources in Legal Research, 7. Research Project and Presentation Techniques.
