Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to teach students the basic concepts of business management, enable them to understand business processes, and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful business management in the hair care and beauty services sector. Students will develop a professional perspective in the sector by gaining competence in business organization, marketing strategies, customer relationship management and financial planning.

Course Content

Business and Management Concepts: Business types, management functions Organization and Planning: Business structures, strategic planning Marketing and Customer Relations: Target audience analysis, service marketing, customer satisfaction Financial Management: Budgeting, cost analysis, pricing strategies Business Law: Commercial laws, business opening and licensing processes Human Resources Management: Employee management, business ethics and teamwork Entrepreneurship and Business Development: Business ideas, branding and industry trends This course aims to provide students with the skills to establish, manage and develop a business in the field of hair care and beauty services.
